As Long As You Act Like One People Assume You Are
I know a lot of people have dreamt about what life might be like as a celebrity, but the problem is, most wont ever get to experience it, unlike ordinary New Yorker, Brett Cohen, who decided to assemble two professional bodyguards, two assistants and photographers pretending to be paparazzi, as part of his intriguing stunt to deceive thousands of pedestrians walking the streets of Times Square, into believing he is some sort of celebrity.
What shocked me the most about this clip, is the manor in which people are willing to lie through their teeth about their knowledge of Brett, when prompted with the awkward question "Where do you know Brett from?".
This is one of those clips I imagine can be used in a psychology class as a look into the behaviour of humans from different social groups when given a perception to adhere to.
