A few weeks back in ATL, Trill Ent. artist Lil Phat was shot and killed outside of the maternity ward of a local hospital. Funeral services were held for the upcoming rapper over the weekend, and his CEO Webbie gave a  eulogy for the mourners. A bit um...odd...but he clearly meant well!
