Monday 19th March was the 6th Jump Off of 2012. We had two new dance crews after Prototype booked their place in the finals last time out. Raining champs Tenchoo (MC) and Mishlin (Producer) came back to see if they could make it two wins in a row. Judging was Benny Scarrs, Jamal Edwards & Jay Emmanuel Thomas. In the crowd this week we spotted Talib Kweli, Black The Ripper, Dru Blu, Stylo G, Ratlin, Joe Black, Teddy Music, DJ Maximum, David Ajala, Zalon, Kojo, Jazzie, Pulse and GB athlete Perri Shakes-Drayton.

This weeks fashion brand was Hoodswagaa Clothing who supplied us with a range of their garments. Shanika was back for her 2nd week with more new challengers. If she wins the online vote again, she'll be 3 wins away from £1000.

  LIVE DEBATE

The Panel

The debate panel at Jump Off TV stepped up for the first ever live debate. With a great online audience we felt it was only right to get some of the crowd involved in the live debate as they discussed topics surrounding the Tulisa Sex Tape situation.

  COMEDIAN

Axel

The comedian Axel really made the stage his own with his comedian set that even left some of the crowd in tears of laughter. With hilarious content about coming correct when approaching women to funny nostalgic dress senses his mix of jokes and gimmicks were really well recieved by the crowd in what was a great way to start the show.

  CREW DANCE BATTLE
CHAMPS(1win)

Spice

UDS

Two new dance crews stepped up as young guns Spice went up against another young crew UDS. Although UDS were very well rehearsed and used props within their routine, it seemed Spice just had the edge with their crazy routines. The crowd went crazy for the young adorable crew which saw their regime win them their 1st battle at The Jump Off to take the championship title. We will see them back next time to attempt to retain their title. A unanimous decision as all 3 judges, the crowd and Dj/Host voted for Spice.

  PRODUCER BATTLE
CHAMP(2win)

Mishlin

26Deep

After Mishlin won the championship last time out, it was the job of new challenger 26Deep to take the champs title. 26Deep came on with alot of confidence creating a real melodic beat. Mishlin then came to defend his championship making a real hard hitting beat centred around his drum pattern that the crowd really warmed to. Both producers represented and although 26Deep wasn't happy, Mishlin took this battle to retain the championship that will see him return next time.

SEMI FINAL 1

Gizmo vs Joker Starr (5-0)
The 1st semi saw Gizmo step up against Joker Starr. This battle was exciting as clear underdog Gizmo even calling himself "unknown" in the battle really went in on Joker Starr. Gizmo's two strong rounds being felt by the crowd outshined Joker Starr who was given a harsh crowd reaction.

Chalk vs K9 (5-0)
Chalk and K9 battled in the 2nd semi that saw old Jump Off vet up against the new generation. It seemed Chalk's bars were felt by the crowd more than K9's as he took the battle. The crowd was in stitches as Chalk claimed he wanted reward money after finding Kony whilst K9 made a look a like reference of Chalk being a cast member of The Inbetweeners.

Gizmo vs Chalk (0-5)
This final battle was electric. It was quite an even battle with both MC's going in fully but again Chalk came out on top. Another strong look a like line from Chalk incorporating the reference of Wayne Rooney kind of saw Gizmo off. Although Gizmo made reference to Chalk and Joey Essex, it just wasn't enough.

Tenchoo vs Chalk (5-0)
Tenchoo came to the stage in what was a highly antcipated battle betweeen himself and Chalk. Tenchoo spat first to set the levels. Chalk then came back just as hard with some pre-writtens for Tenchoo that were then flipped by Tenchoo who played off whatever had been aimed at him previously. Chalk had called out Tenchoo as the donkey from Shrek, this then got flipped when he said "If I look like the donkey from Shrek then your'e Lord Farkward". After two rounds it was so tight Rap6 ordered another round. With the votes tied at 3-3, a 4th and final decisive round saw Chalk run out of steam as Tenchoo took the title battle to retain the championship.
