Frank Ocean opened up about his sexuality last week via an open letter to his fans on Tumblr. ATL rapper Lil Scrappy is in the limelight right now because of his VH1 reality show "Love & Hip-Hop", and for some reason TMZ decided to get his take on his coming out. Scrap says it's a great thing because it keeps from "downlow" men spreading AIDS to women. I guess that's one way to look at it...?
