The annual South By Southwest festival will go down this upcoming week in Austin, TX where mainstream and indie artists will take the stage all over town for performances, panels and more. American Express has announced they're teaming up with Jay-Z for a show that will broadcast on Youtube at the same time and allow fans to get interactive by tweeting what they want to see performed! The show goes down March 12th at 8pm.
