Scarface, probably the most influential gangster film on hip hop culture, to date is to be remade by Universal Pictures. The original version was first released in 1932 and the iconic version made in 1983 starred Al Pacino as Cuban druglord Tony Montana. It’s been rumoured the remake will be produced by Marc Shmuger and his Global Produce banner along with Martin Bregman who produced the Pacino version.
