Ghostface Killah Sued For Iron Man Theme

Original Theme Song Writer Wants His Cut

At this point, it's almost second nature to think of Pretty Tony when the name of the Iron Clad Marvel character comes up, and apparently Ghostface never paid for that right. Issues over the infamous "Iron Man" album that dropped in 1996, has caused a stir for Jaques Urbont, the Ironman song writer.

Rapper Ghostface Killah is facing legal action over allegations he illegally sampled the original theme song to Iron Man on his 2000 album.

Hollywood songwriter Jaques Urbont claims he is the exclusive owner of Iron Man Theme, a tune he composed in 1966 for use on TV, and he has accused the Wu-Tang Clan star of using the track without permission on his Supreme Clientele release.
